How it works
Start your attempt
Open the runner and begin the clock.
Complete each movement
After 50 Reps hit the Complete Movement button to automatically move to the next movement. Break reps into sets if needed.
Finish with burpees
Burpees are always last. Finish and earn your right! Set a global time and receive an automated Finishing Certificate with your Global ranking and time.
